The Centre operates from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 7.30am to 5.00pm.

The Kindiclub Preschool will be opened for 51 weeks of the year, closing only for the week between Christmas and New Year.

Our educators range in qualifications from a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and those undertaking their Degree in Early Childhood Education. All staff have a Working with Children Check, First Aid (including Asthma and Anaphylaxsis training) and there will always be a responsible person on duty, either the Approved Provider (owner), Director (Nominated Supervisor) or Certified Supervisor in charge. The combination of qualifications is determined by the Children’s Services Regulation.

  • 2-3 year old children – 1:5 staff / child
  • 3-5 year old children – 1:10 staff / child

To ensure the health and wellbeing of all children within our service those children who are unwell will be excluded from the centre until they are well and able to participate in regular activies. Fees are due for all absences excluding closure periods.

The Director will inform you if your child becomes ill during the day. It is helpful if you keep staff informed when your child is suffering from a condition which precludes him / her from participating reasonably in the centre program.

Our playroom has a consistent routine and provides experiences for the children dependent upon their individual learning and development needs. Our routine is flexible enough to cater to the individual interests and needs of children. Over the course of the day, children will participate in a variety of experiences ranging from creative; language and literacy; physical play activities and / or pre writing and reading skills.

The Kindiclub Preschool has an “open door” policy so that families of enrolled children can visit the centre at any time throughout the day and participate in the program. The centre encourages this partnership between the centre and families to support the children’s learning program, creating a strong connection between the family and the centre. Visitors to the centre or new families wishing to enrol will need to make an appointment so that sufficient time can be allocated for interview or orientation and for overall supervision and care of children within the service.
